Are you booking a facial?
If you are booking a facial you MUST complete the Skin Intake Form
Failure to do so before your appointment may cause booking to be rescheduled
Please Read:
Deposits are non-refundable, however they are transferrable for appointments that are rescheduled
Please reschedule your appointments at least 24 hours in advance
A 15 minute grace period is allowed. Please call and notify that you are running behind, even if you will arrive within the grace period
After grace period passes, you will be asked to reschedule for the sake of the following clients time
